How do I activate my PayPal Business Debit Mastercard®?

There are three ways to activate your card:

  1. Activate online: PayPal.com/ActivateCard
  2. Call 1-800-314-8298
  3. Activate in the PayPal mobile app. Download the PayPal mobile app

The PayPal Business Debit Mastercard® is issued by The Bancorp Bank, N.A. (“The Bancorp”) pursuant to a license by Mastercard International Incorporated and may be used everywhere Mastercard is accepted. Mastercard and the circles design are registered trademarks of Mastercard International Incorporated.
