Why did you start your business and what service do you provide?

The creation of Invisual Creative Services resulted from good luck and a strong commitment to supporting my family. My decision was driven by the desire to spend more time with my child and the unique opportunity to become my own boss.

Although the journey has been challenging, it has also been incredibly rewarding. I specialize in photography and videography and collaborate with a diverse range of clients to capture their unique perspectives. My work spans from photographing artwork in hotel lobbies to documenting the detailed aircraft assembly process. I've had the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects.

How do you use PayPal in your business?

PayPal is a universally accepted, recognized, and dependable payment platform for my business. Its security and chargeback protection are extremely important to me. Additionally, I appreciate PayPal’s customer service and being able to call a representative any day of the week.

The cashback I receive from using my PayPal debit card is amazing. I have been a PayPal customer for over ten years, and I have only seen positive growth and changes. Now, more than ever, I am thoroughly impressed with what PayPal is offering to small business customers.

What defines success for you?

Success for me is being able to take beautiful photographs and videos for those who need them while still being able to be a present figure in my child’s life. Renewing my business registration every year always reminds me, “I built that,” and it’s a wonderful feeling.

What are some key challenges you’d highlight for new business owners to consider?

My biggest challenge has been receiving timely payment from clients. As a creative professional and a woman, I have faced issues with being treated with the respect I deserve. I would suggest taking the time to understand and embrace your own strengths and weaknesses.

What would be the one piece of advice you’d share with someone getting started?

When it comes to financial transactions, there's no better choice than PayPal. Trust me, I've saved significant time and money by using PayPal for my invoicing. Before making the switch, dealing with chargebacks from clients was a time-consuming hassle, occurring 3-4 times every six months. But since I started using PayPal, I haven't had a single chargeback, saving me both time and money.

PayPal's reporting system is a game-changer. I recently used it when applying for funding, and it was a breeze. My business banking reports are good, but getting the right information for funding applications is a headache. With PayPal, it's just a matter of a few clicks from my dashboard, and I've got all the data I need in no time.

And here's a tip: don't try to do everything yourself. Delegate to trustworthy individuals who can handle the load. You will be much more successful as a result.
